Hi, I am Dr. Anteneh Zenebe. I am an academic endocrinologist, Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine, and the Associate Program Director for the Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism Fellowship at Howard University College of Medicine. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism, my career has been driven by a passion for training the next generation of endocrinologists and closing the real gap between textbook medicine and confident clinical decision-making.

I built MedBoard Pro because I saw a critical need for a board prep tool that understands medicine the way a fellowship program director thinks about it — anchored in current society guidelines, grounded in pathophysiology, and focused on the clinical reasoning that examiners and attendings actually want to see.

My goal is simple: to create resources that move beyond test-taking tricks and give trainees the kind of preparation that translates directly into better patient care.

Everything you need to know before starting your trial

Medical students preparing for USMLE Step 1, 2, or 3; internal medicine residents and hospitalists preparing for the ABIM initial certification or MOC; and endocrinology fellows and endocrinologists preparing for the ABIM Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism subspecialty exam. Each track has its own curated blueprint and difficulty calibration.
Every item is written to NBME and ABIM item-writing standards and reviewed the way a fellowship program director would teach it. Explanations don't just tell you the right answer — they walk through the clinical reasoning, explain why each distractor is wrong, and cite the governing specialty society guideline (ADA, ATA, Endocrine Society, ACC/AHA, KDIGO, and 20+ others).
Five tracks: USMLE Step 1 (M2), USMLE Step 2 CK (M3/M4), USMLE Step 3 (PGY-1/2), ABIM Internal Medicine (residents and hospitalists), and ABIM Endocrinology subspecialty (fellows and practicing endocrinologists).
Study Mode gives instant feedback after every question — the attending-level explanation, guideline citation, and distractor analysis appear immediately. Exam Mode simulates real testing conditions with a live 90-second-per-question countdown and no feedback until you finish.
You start with full access to everything. A credit card is required to begin, but you are not charged until Day 15. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
